Creaping Up PSA

Its been a while since i been here I had Brachytherapy Boost about a year ago , my 1st post Radiation PSA was 0.41 , followed by 0.71 and my lat PSA was about a month ago was 0.91 my Rad/Onc didn't seam to concerned and said there is some fluctuation in pas and said its under one your doing ok ,, prior to my treatment my PSA was 13 .

I just had open Heart Surgery and don't want to have to deal with my Prostate issues again , hopefully it will stay under 1

Michael no I didn't have ADT I just had Brachytherapy and 26 session of EBRT Radiation , I had my open Heart Surgery in Feb and am currently recovering , to say the last 18 moths have been a challenge.

I had the same treatment as you and certainly had a drift upward, but I was also on ADT and that was expected when you finish that. In your case, you might just be in the initial bouncing around stage with your PSA--it's a bit too early to know.
