Haven’t been on for awhile. Hope all are doing well. Just wondering something. I had my prostate removed in 2011, nerves removed, what are chances of injections for erection success? I’ve tried pills, pump. No luck. Any other ideas? Thanks

The shots have a good success rate. and if they don't work, the next step would be an implant.

TriMix almost certainly will work. Worked great for me for about a year, but then I developed Peyronie's.

After eight years without erections there is a high likely hood of atrophy of the penIle tissues. The use of injections in this situation may not be successful.

“When atrophy of penile tissue occurs then the elastin and smooth muscle can shrink, creating at best a loss of length and girth and at worst lack of response to ED treatments. ...”

If the injections don’t work, then as previous suggested, an implant maybe the next solution to investigate.

There's no guarantee. Eight years is a long time and your hydraulics may not be in the greatest shape. But that's no reason not to try the shots. There's no better way to find out what you've got to work with.

All of my nerves were removed. The injections gave a 4 hr hard on but 30% of guys are allergic to the PGE-1 in the tribute mix and it caused sever pain. Went on to implant 9 months after RP. With 9 years of being dormant.????

Injections caused peyronies for me. Went on to implant. My wife was also OK with our situation. I did it for myself and on occasions she is glad I did. It is a lot handier when peeing also. 5.5 inch soft. pre implant 1.5.

I've used TriMix for some years. Never an issue once I learned to be more than precise in the dose.

And yes, nerves are gone.

I went to a dose with a minisquel amount of PGE-1 and still had sever pain.
