Can anyone comment on erections and abilities after twenty six days of radiation and six months of ADT?
Continence? (with timeline)

Basically just any info on what is in store, with timeline of your experiences.??

Will libido return? when??

I just finished the radiation and have two more months of ADT to go through.

Mentor, I was told by my RO, that after 6 months of ADT, I should expect 6-12 months to get back to “normal” whateverTF normal is. I guess normal testosterone and no side effects.

I am in month 8, and Testosterone is 149 (nadir was 3). 2 months ago it was 60 something, Still having hot flashes at a level that is more psychologically annoying than physically.

Continence is fine, pretty much as good as before SRT, which is 100% continent. I’d say up until a month or two ago, I felt I was leaking a bit, more than before SRT, but no longer the case

Libido still sucks, erectile function , able to get it up not so easy to keep it up. Doubling the Cialis helps. But that was starting to decline before SRT.

Hope that gives you some idea of what to expect. But remember, everyone is different

1 prostatectomy, 6 years of intermittent ADT and 34 blastings of radiation have pretty much killed wee willy winkie.

But, I have regained some in my ADT vacations. about the time my T gets to 100 I start having feelings again.
