Bumper! My PSA was .22 in August. Now it’s .55, so it’s doubled in 3 months. Well, SRT definitely failed. I just have to wait until it gets into Axium range to have an idea where it’s located. Next year this time I should be moving into range.

Sorry the SRT didn’t work. Hopefully you have, or will be getting, a PCa MO on board. The big decision will be at what point you and your MO decide to start further treatment. Good luck!

Thanks, I know it’s in the future. I am hoping the scan gives me one more shot but will play the hand that I am dealt. I am 73 now so if I can squeeze out another ten or fifteen years I will be grateful even if PC takes me out.

Howard sorry to hear this news. Nothing to say, other than, I truly hope they ultimately find a hot node or something similar that can be radiated for another shot at a cure

That's not what you wanted. Hopefully they can find one to zap at some point.
and you should get all those years.
Hang in there.

Get to an excellent medical oncologist. The jobs of the urologist and radiation oncologist are officially history. Where are you located and being treated?.

No, not what you want to see. What is the harm in consulting an MO now? I think I'd chat with a couple.

I am located in Madison WI and being treated by Carbone Cancer Center at University of Wisconsin Hospital. We decided to test again in 4 months because I am having bilateral knee replacement surgery in Dec. The conclusion reached today is to wait until PSA reaches 1.5 or 2 then use Pet or Axium to locate it. Hopefully, we can zap it.

Good plan. 👍 Still, a good idea to get an MO on board if you haven't already.
