Jam, if you check out my signature you will see that we have about as close a path report as two people could have except I was detectable right out of surgery. Just speaking from my experience you would want another test to verify the last reading it's been almost a month so I would be asking pretty quick. They usually like to wait for radiation until you have your continence under control but since you didn't mention anything that must be good. If your second test verify's the Feb. psa you would want to start Lupron or Eligard immediately. Then they will start radiation probably real quick. I personally don't think your diet will stop cancer as evident by your increasing psa but if it makes you feel good about yourself by all means keep going especially probably the most important thing is to keep up the exercising as you will probably put on weight from the ADT treatments. There are lots and lots of good experiences and ideas about some of the questions you have on the ADT and SRT journey thread. Wishing you the very best as you journey down this path keep us posted!

Hi Larry, I had my latest blood test result March 6th , it was .2 not sure if you saw that so it does confirm increasing levels. My consult with the RT is this Thursday so I'm comfortable starting ADT while waiting for the radiation to be scheduled.
I will stick to my diet because my intention is to boost my immune system and eating as healthy as possible seems the road to go. I am going to start eating salmon and sardines again just to get the omega 3 and the protein but no other types of meat.
Thanks for your suggestions, everything can be helpful if you utilize it.
Oh ya, forgot to mention my continence has been great. I've also been on Trimix, so for ED, going forward that really is a non issue at this point.
