Skypilot...not a lot of surfing(none)...had some health issues not related specific to CV...the main drag activity wise is maintain my fitness level...I was on a 420 binge for a bout 5 weeks...its nasty cause when I go done that rabbit hole...its da kine...cancer sticks...ipa's ...black coffee and the worse koolblueslong… wife was getting real pissed...I finally went cold turkey and kicked it (again)...with a 96 hour withdrawal shtick that was horrible...never again...420 and tobbaco...will never enter my blood steam again...I don't know how folks can do that junk daily...any way there's by answer...im back working out at home with make shift stuff...waiting for the tasmen swells to deliver...once ya got surfing down...its like riding a bike...TMI...yeh im kinda like that in all I do...my cardio comes back very quickly...balance and core then follow...but Im not a kid anymore...that won't last forevah...but I do amaze my self still how I can bounce back so quckly...which is a double edge sword...it makes it harder to enforce the " never again" so far so good..."day by day day by day oh dear god these things I pray...to follow... right now I feel the power of potential energy....kinetic be dammed...I thrive...I am alive...I am "still"...
