While it has not been conclusively confirmed, a preliminary study show that hormone therapy may offer some kind of immunity against covid-19 (Annal of Oncology)

It's been noted that men appear to be more susceptible than women (low T) to covid-19. This would be consistent with the idea that hormone therapy (resulting in low T) would be (somewhat) protective for men.
