Kegels after treatments

I’ve had surgery and SRT (details below). It’s two years since SRT and 3 since surgery and I find that I occasionally leak at night during my sleep. There does not seem to be any rhyme or reason to it — it just happens maybe once every week or two. Would restarting kegels help? I know it helped me right after surgery (mostly dry after 3 months) but I don’t know if doing so now will make a difference...

I had very minor leakage after SRT, not years after, more like weeks after. Nothing more than an annoyance. I did keels for a few weeks and things improved. Not sure if it was the kegerator, or passage of time after SRT. But it can’t hurt, so you should try it

My surgery was 4 years ago and my SRT was three years ago. I still have occasional stress incontinence during/after work outs, but no night leakage. I have never stopped Kegels, just increased them when I've leaked. They help immediately and I recommend them highly. Good luck!
