Salvage Radiation including lymph nodes

This article, as I understand it, suggests new guidelines in certain situations for SRT to include lymph nodes In a wider field of treatment.
Not sure I understand it completely, but thought it might be if I treat to some.
Written by an old friend of many on this forum.

This appears to essentially be an underscore of the ORIOLE study results. I got the whole set of pelvic lymph nodes radiated and an extra punch to the 3 hot ones for a total of 50 Gy. Side effects are minimal thus far compared to the first round of RT 8 years ago. It will be a couple of years before we know if this was effective.
