I was diagnosed with stage 2 prostate cancer after a DeVinci prostatectomy 4 years ago. Was prescribed pump and pills with no success.
I recently was prescribed Trimix. I get about a 90 to 95% erection while standing or sitting. When I get into bed and lay on my back, I notice I start losing my erection
What is causing this?

I would take a guess it is loss of blood flow. I believe there must be a penis ring you can put on to help with this. They are called silicone penis rings.

Even with Trimix, your "head" (the one on your shoulder) needs to be in the mood for fun.
