Tiny red dots..

So, yesterday, I went to pee and noticed a tiny red dot in my underwear. I didn’t think too much of it.

Today, i noticed a second tiny red dot.
about 1/16th inch in diameter.

On closer examination, it appears to be blood spots.

Comments?

I am scheduled for saturation biopsy in two days (wed).

Is this something typical for you? Have you done anything in the last few days that might cause an injury in that area? When was your last DRE?

When I google "specks of blood in your underwear" I came up with this. See symptoms there.

You might want to inspect your waist line for a small sore from your under garments rubbing and your sack for a vasculitic papular rash.

There a many other conditions that can cause blood spots in the underwear.

I looked for anything, like a pimple, that would cause a dot but didn’t see anything.

Should i just continue with the biopsy and not say anything?

I want this prostate out and don’t want to give the urologist more openings to keep delaying
