I've been considering giving it a try...two questions. One, if you've tried it, does it help or just make expensive pee? Two, there are dark warnings for men with high cholesterol and prostate cancer. Why?

My friend and veterinarian use it and say it works for him. I tried it for a month or a little longer and I found it didn't do anything for me.

I used it for a couple of years, several years ago. I thought it was helping me. Then I just stopped it abruptly, and nothing changed. I guess I was feeling a placebo effect.
I haven't used it in 6 or 7 years. Not missing it.

Is this similar to glucosamine and chondroitin? I've tried that for my arthritis but not effective at all.
Elbow replacement surgery is going to be set up when I see the surgeon on the 30th
I've dealt with the pain for several years but it's so bad I can't lift my arm to shave.
Hopefully I'm on the same page and the Osteo bi flex is not a prostate product.
