Checking in - almost 5 years post op

I moved to 1x/6mo with the uPSA and continue to be flat with the test run again yesterday
0.013; test progression in signature
I did lose the < sign and when Covid finally lifted, revisited the surgeon last August. Doc did say that there could be a couple of prostate cells around. My original uro, when going over treatment options, did talk about MicroMets with us.
As others mentioned, there is some thought that supplements could be an issue so I've refrained from those and some foods (spinach/eggs) for a week prior to the test.
