Surgery, no regrets. Even though i ultimately had to do SRT + ADT 3 years later.
No incontinence. No ED for 2 years after surgery, then i started having some issues just before i started ADT, which i beleive are related to Coronary Artery Disease, and maybe, just age. But had nothing to do with surgery.
More to the point of this thread, i believe that, as has been mentioned, a lot of treatment regret has to do with not doing ones homework (as well as bad outcomes). I was primed for surgery, but many here urged me to do investigate alternatives anda few that i spoke with by phone specifically mentioned that whatever decision i ultimately made, i'd have less chance of regretting it if i looked at all treatment modalities first.
Worked out fine. And btw, once i made my decision, everyone here, even the anti surgery proradiation guys, was very supportive
