Great news! I know exactly how you feel. I received my first post op PSA results last Thursday which were the same, <0.1.

Diagnosed March 26, 2007.

PSA: 3.0

Gleason: 6

Surgery: May 21, 2007'

Path Report: Gleason 7 (3+4), organ confined, clear margins, no seminal vesicle involvment. Multifocal tumors, largest 7mm, 15% of prostate involved

1st Post Op PSA: <0.1

Father also had prostate cancer. Surgery 10 years ago and has been cancer free since.
