I have developed scar tissue at the site where the urethra was re-attached to the bladder -- just beyond the sphincter. My doctor advises a procedure in which he will stretch the tissue to re-
open the area of the stricture. He commented that I may see "some" "temporary" relapse with incontinence. I've been very lucky with good continence, and I'd hate to permanently lose ground. Has anyone faced this issue? Thanks in advance for any advice.

I am in the same boat, see my recent post. I certainly hope you are getting some good advice. I think there are probably some docs who specialize in fixing problems like this. If I find one, I'll report back.
