confused    GreenAcres ~ Where's your thread?? 

Hope to see a thread soon ~ please....I'm going a little crazy here....  PSA test "Un-zero-detectable" on 10/16/07.I have a Woo-Hoo that's jumping all around here and don't have a place to put it!!!  Hugs and more hugs for a wonderful report!!!  Yipppeeeee...Hugs to MinPin too!!

Hi, MamaB - it's, like, no big deal. I am sooooooo kidding!

We're 14 months out and still going with an Un-ZERO-detectable. Dr. F. says our recurrence percentages are going down, down, down. Taking all woo-hoos - thanks for checking on us!!!!!

For now, we're happy with the "watch" - not "wait" - mode our doc has recommended. Finally, I think we're moving past the "wait for the other ball to drop" part.

Of course, we get ourselves all wound up before each PSA test - imagining the worst, hoping for the best. Just the way we're wired, I suppose.

We'll be switching back to our local uro, now, but Dr. F. told us to call any time with questions and said they would always be there for us in the future if ever we needed it. I can't say enough for having a great doc - and staff - and hospital - and the Healing Well forum. Now, that we've said goodbye to the great folks in Austin, we know we still have all our forum friends going forward.

And we'll always be here for you. great job! And isn't it tough to say good bye to the people that go to work every day with intentions of saving peoples lives?

I can't thank you all enough for popping in. Yes, Tony, it was kinda depressing leaving the office, knowing it was probably the last time.

Thanks a bunch, MamaB for taking care of the word police. It seems. Dr. Fagin's name continues to rise for those in the Texas area (as do many other excellent names). MinPin got a belly rub, too!

Creed - Party On! is all I can say. Always ready to raise a glass with you across the miles and time zones.

Susan, it has been such a pleasure to see all your posts these past months. While your road is rough, you have the calming words so many need coming in here. Our guys are truly heroes and so much more, aren't they?

Hi GreenAcres,

Congratulations on your 14 month goose egg. I'm very happy for you, but can't deny, a little envious. The time just before the test result is always very stressful for most of us, but a zero result makes up for that in a hurry; until next time. Hope that your future road thru life will be paved with lots of goose eggs.

Mags - you're sittin' there on a bunch of goose eggs, yourself and a 1st anniversary. And dry, too! We, on the other hand are still dealing with drips and squirts. Better by far than just 6 months ago and still hoping to hit a new level. But, that remains our one frustration. And always on our minds, but not badly enough to seek a sling or other intervention.
