RTR said... My da Vinci is scheduled for 11/28.  Asked the surgeon should I be doing kegels prior to surgery, his response was "definitely".  I'm also picking up my exercise routine as others have suggested on this forum.  Just seems logical that the better physical shape you are in prior to surgery translates to better outcome than would otherwise occur.  Maybe the best byproduct of exercise is that I feel like I'm being proactive in my treatment rather than just waiting for everything to happen.  Whether or not it makes any difference it does make me feel better.
