I've had a lifetime battle with stomach and intestinal pain that I've never found the cause of, but I also have bipolar. The bipolar has been a hard diagnosis to accept, and I wish I could cure it. My medication works sometimes, but other times it's completely useless. No one else in my family has bipolar and it's a very random but accurate diagnosis for me. However several family members have celiacs. So I've decided to go gluten free for a month to see if any of my emotional symptoms improve. I was just looking for some suggestions because at my dining hall, I have almost no options. I can't eat fried foods or dairy because my medication causes my cholesterol to sky rocket.. so I feel overwhelmed here. But I really want to try because the bipolar is just too much for me to handle anymore.
