I want to go gluten free, does anyone have a recommendation for a good gluten free cookbook? I was on a 2 week detox diet that was grain, dairy, and meat free, (fruits, veggies, rice, and mung beans were allowed) and I really started to feel alot better. I had no congestion which is a year round problem, and even though I only lost 2 pounds in the 2 weeks I had very little bloating. Thanks, KO
