Is there bakery companiy or even a machines that seprate gluten from wheat?

I'm doing a research but so far nothing appear in my google search. Is their actually companies that have bakery machines that separate the gluten in the wheat?

No, usually companies making gluten-containing and gluten-free bakery goods need to either make them in separate facilities (best), or run the gluten-free items on dedicated lines, or do thorough cleaning of all equipment between batches of gluten-containing vs. gluten-free products.

As far as I know, there is no way to remove the gluten from wheat and safely be able to eat the remaining starch without risking gluten exposure.

I'm so sorry! I meant Flour instead of wheat! Sorry!

The thing is, I know this person who have the illness and know our bakery company in my country (which sadly can't make free gluten products) and so she along with others need to buy imported and expensive flour in order to make bread with their bread-making machines like Bready.

Anyway, the company said to her they are willing to make free gluten products but if only they can find the proper bakery machines that can separate gluten from the flour (which I find it odd, if they don't know where to get it then who does?) but anyway, do anyone know companies that sell bakery machines for making free gluten products? Big machines for mass production of free gluten products for bakery companies that is.

P.S. I hope I'm not pushing my questions, but is their home bread machines like Bready but one that separate the gluten from the flour? Instead of buying the expensive free-gluten flour?

No machine can remove gluten from wheat flour. Gluten-free flour is made from grains (or starchy roots) that do not contain gluten, such as rice, corn, millet, tapioca, potato, etc.

In addition, there is always a risk of cross-contamination if wheat flour is used in a bread-making machine and then the same machine is used to make gluten-free bread.

You can, however, buy your own milling machine (a machine that turns grains into flour) and then buy the unmilled whole rice or millet or other gluten-free grain and make your own flour. But I don't know if this would be less expensive than purchasing gluten-free flour.

Oh, well then, we don't need "special" made bakery machine that is designed for making free gluten products in bakery companies, right? Just the regular machines only it must not get in contact with the regular flour for making the regular food, right?

Actually I want to thank you for being patient to my many questions and I'm so sorry about it. I just wish to help this person who I know with that bread company. I too have food issues since I have the Crohn's so I feel her and others pain twice more.

Correct - the regular baking equipment is fine, and as you say, if it does not come into contact with the regular flour it should be ok.

Something else to keep in mind, though, is that any time regular flour is used, it usually gets into the air and can float around and then get on equipment used only for gluten-free products. This is why it is best for companies to have a separate facility for making gluten-free products if they also make regular gluten-containing products, too.

No problem - I understand this is confusing for those who are not as familiar with the issues of trying to avoid commonly eaten foods because we have to.

Incidently, there is a genetic connection between Crohn's and Celiac, so it might be interesting for you if haven't done so, to consider trying a gluten-free diet for a while and see if it has any impacts on your Crohn's.
