I have been using Digestive Enzymes for my gluten intolerance and it has made a big difference. I keep them in my purse and in my pantry at all times and it relieves my stomach cramping, bloating and pain.

They're fine to use if you have an intolerance, but if you have Celiac Disease, they do not prevent damage.

what do you mean by damage? I am no dr but i think my daughter has had celiacs for all her life, she vomits often agter eating some things, i had her tested years ago came back neg. one dr said she was doing it on purpose, i said really? since she was 3 months old? shes 16 i watched her with this vomiting all her life, i used to give her cambels soup at age 2 and 3 watching her be sick like this was horrible, some lady bought to my attention the glutin in soups, i have her on probiotics they have been a God sent for this child,
