The product - Glutenease. It's some enzyme.

I also wondered about the product. I just don't trust the reviews on Amazon when it comes to a product that is so "personal" in nature. If it doesn't work as intended you really pay for it. In more than one way.

These products contain DPPIV, an enzyme, and are for those that are gluten intolerant, not actual celiacs. The only smart use of them for celiacs would be to take when you eat out just in case of cross contamination not to purposefully eat gluten.
