Interesting what you;re saying about
grains, I've been vegetarian for 3.5 years and been mostly vegan/low grain diet for the past 5 months.. Sunday I had pizza with blue cheese and yesterday I had toast for breakfast and all day I felt like I was hungover, literally worse...and today I've been the same, lethargic and low energy so today I just had a tofu stirfry and some raw chocolate even though I wasn't so hungry low appetite i ate. I am b12 deficient had my injection about
a month ago, my brother has celiac and I have always had slow moving bowels although now I fill my diet with fibre rich foods including chia, many superfoods veggies etc....
What I'd like to know is can my body become gluten intolerant if I cut it out of my systom for a while.... it's been 2 years since my last blood tests for my b12 levels, (I'm not very good with doctors and I've been travelling etc) I wouldn't wish this exhaustion on anyone.
Is anyone else feeling this way?
