what do i do for my pain gnawing and piersing pain in stomache area also bad joint pain need some releafe, do any of you need to ged meds to help withyour pains

It's hard to understand what you are going through, candylee. What is your diagnosis? What are your symptoms?
Maybe the stomach pain is simply hunger - it is hard to get enough to eat sometimes when you start a new diet. As for joint pain, I don't know. Probably this will get better as you spend more time without gluten. You can try over-the-counter pain meds like Motrin.

my diognosis is celiac barrets esophagus and ulcers in large and small intestine i am on nexeum for most then glutten free diet for celiac

How long have you been on nexium and are you eating a low acid diet?

I still am convinced that my Barretts was caused by intolerance to gluten and GMO foods candylee. I can tell if the fruits and veggies I buy are GMO instead of organic ones, my tummy tells me. OUCH! I have at least made the step of shopping really carefully, and also moving onward to deal with the Barretts with the HALO treatment via UCI Dr. Chang, near Disneyland in Orange Ca.
