Leaky behind! Is this my life?

I have had the absolute worse leaky behind the past year...and it includes soiling my underwear at night!! Its so annoying and not to mention embarrassing. Im not crapping on myself but wakng up and i have a wet spot in my underwear, usually yellowish and it actually doesnt have much of a scent either. Anyhow i cant even walk around for longer than an hour without having to carry wipies with me n a ziplock and going to a rest room to clean my behind of his yellow stuff!

I have had this nasty little problem for at least 1-2 years. It also happens quite often at work, causing me great grief, since I am a landscape contractor. I also tend to bleed when this happens. It has a nasty fishy smell as well. I have had minor to moderate bleeding problems for 17 years; however, the discharge is about 2 years old. Consequently, I thought I had colon cancer since my grandmother died at 42 of it. Have You been tested for any rare metabolic disorders, or any odd odors coming from chin, nose, ears or any other part of your body; especially when rubbed? There is a person who posted something about these subjects in 2007 on this site. IT WAS VERY GOOD, but I can not seem to reach him. I hope this is some what helpful, as I am trying to get to the bottoms as well.. Good luck !.........radpetey

I am having the same "leaky bottom" problem.  I had colon resection surgery in December and thought it was just part of the healing process, but now I'm starting to think it's time to make an appt. with gastro again.

Fishy smelling diarrhea with blood is suspicious (possible C. Diff infection)...I think it would be good to see a GI doctor and get checked out!
