I am doing fairly well on the gf diet and have addressed social issues that keep coming up, but I think I have fallen into a rut with my menu.
I have an Udi bagel or So Delicious coconut yogurt for breakfast. Tomatoes and cucumber and maybe some leftovers and dinners are tomato sandwich or grilled chicken or salmon but I am bored.
I was hoping that some readers may have some ideas for meals to take to work and for dinners.
Any ideas would be appreciated.
