I am hoping someone can give me some advice! I have been gluten free on and off for years now, and have had my share of 'attacks'. I recently visited my doctor for dizzy spells, in which nothing seemed to be a miss. Within the month I have had more symptoms and the intensity is taking over my life!! I was a straight "A" student, part-time employee, and an extreme perfectionist overachiever. Now the thought of getting out of bed is unbearable. I am almost always dizzy, nauseous, and fatigued. I am experiencing horrible abdominal, back, and breast cramps. For the first time in my life I can't seem to get anything done without confusion and the longing to return to my bed to cry. Everyone says my eyes look like i've been crying, I sound like I have dry mouth, and I am acting differently (almost distant). Yesterday for a return visit to the doctor it was found that I have blood in my urine. I have never had this before and I am terrified that I am either crazy or very sick. If anyone has any ideas off what is causing these symptoms or any medical tests could help find the culprit PLEASE let me know!!

The dizzy part can mean you are low on Iron and could be anemic.....
Blood in the urine is for me a bladder infection. I have had it many times.

Celiac can be very serious. You should have the doc do a celiac panel, bloodwork. If you are gluten-free you have to be all yhe time, not on and of it will do you no good like that. If diagnosed with it. With the right diet life isn't all that bad.

This sounds very much like what I went thru when they found my thyroid was off, BUT celiac can throw off your thyroid. I would suggest asking for a thyroid test (just a simple blood draw).. Good luck!
