So, I've been having these nuts symptoms for months and although ever doctor I've seen said they sound thyroid related all my thyroid panels come up golden.
It started in November when my period (which has been freakishly regular my whole life) just stopped out of nowhere for a month and a half. Then it came back with a fury and I bled COPIOUSLY for 26 days, then it stopped for 2 days and then started again for 5. I had a pelvic, a transvaginal ultrasound, and bloodwork. The bloodwork showed my hormones were waaaayyy off and that I was no longer ovulating (AT 21!). I was diagnosed with Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome, however when my case was analyzed by a reproductive endocrinologist he determined that the diagnosis was totally wrong. So, basically my hormones went nuts out of nowhere.
Since then I've been having crazy attacks of tacchycardia that come out of nowhere (my heart rate will go from 80 to 140 something for NO REASON), I've experienced things that seem as if they were related to high blood pressure but my blood pressure is apparently always perfect (i.e. extreme diziness, seeing stars when I move, hearing my heart beat in my left ear). I've been having weird balance issues, and sometimes at night I feel as though I have either been drugged or gotten just wasted drunk and like fall down (even though I'm not on any meds). I am tired ALL the time and sleep a freakish amount. My hands and feet often get REALLY uncomfortably hot out of nowhere. I am not diabetic but I seem to have developed hypoglycemia even though my diet is pretty healthy.
Because of the heart episodes, which got so bad I went to the ER thinking I was going to die, I went to a cardiologist. My heart is perfect electrically and valvularly, but the cardiologist did say he thinks I have a pituitary tumor. My doc has yet to send me for a brain scan.
I've also seen an endocrinologist. All my levels keep coming up perfectly normal in bloodwork, however my ENT found a thyroid nodule which is 1cm in diameter and some enlarged lymph nodes in my neck. So, my endo biopsied the nodule and the results came back super confusing. It's not benign, it contains atypical cells, but it cannot be deemed cancerous at this time, basically they're going to ultrasound it once a month to check for growth. No one has checked the lymph nodes yet, but I'm seeing a new ENT thursday who is not an incompetent asshat.
However, the most recent and troubling symptoms will now be enumerated: I have been having daily headaches that are very sharp and painful on my left side in the frontal region. Along with those headaches I feel this enormous pressure behind my right eye and a very sharp and burning pain (as if my right eye is being stabbed with a burning hot ice pick). Also, my R eye is sticking WAY farther out of my head than the left. My ears ring for hours a day. Also with this upsurge in headaches I have these weird really painful burning pain sensations randomly all over my body. It feels as if I've been stabbed with a hot needle. It's only ever one spot at a time, and can happen anywhere (however it's usually confined to legs, arms, back, and front torso, never above my shoulders). Also, at times it feels as if sections of my skin are burning...especially my boobs, which is odd.
Seriously, if anyone has ANY insight, I would be slobberingly grateful! I am so terrified I am dying and I'm only 21. Seriously, it's not normal to be so constantly ill at my age.
Please please please, if you have any ideas throw them my way.

GEEZE!! Sounds awful Brooke. Only thing I can think of is a Thyroid Storm. Not too up on exactly what it involves but maybe you could do some research online.
I also have some of your symptoms but my Pituitary gland levels are really low, off the chart at 9, normal range is 12 to 74. I have an appt. for a consult with an endocrinologist next week.
I know I am so tired ALL the time I just want to sleep and have wierd head stuff going on too like you.
