Hi
I am a 55 year old female and in 2010 from about
September to Feb didn't feel at all well - head pains, feeling really off balance as if I was being pulled or pushed and that my sense of gravity had migrated. Some ear discomfort and sleeping difficulties - noise in ear (or head) like an old cathode ray tv pins and needles left foot and hands. Doc just though I was depressed but I pushed for an MRI can and neurologly scan and appointment which I duly received and both came back clear.
7 months of respite and in December symtoms returned with vengeance. Started with a 'knocking' noise in right ear (head) which woke me up at night (this was in Dec 2011) since then I have head zaps everyday (right side of head) on and off 'knocking' in ear - feel really off balance - pins and needles left foot again and sleeping problems. Had bloods done again and shows something wrong with thyroid - have to go back to docs and see a specialist. Really nervous - does anybody recognise these symptoms as thyroid related and if so overact or under - would appreciate any advice
King regards
