I need help with my results!

Hi! I have all the symptoms of thyroid for some reason, tiredness, lump in throat feeling, shakiness, hair, irritability muscle ache, palpitations etc, so I did a thyroid test and my results are this:

TSH: 2.240 reference 0.450-4.500,
Triiodothyronine free serum: 2.9 reference 2.0- 4.4
T4 Free direct: .53 reference 0.82-1.77

Thyroid panel

Thyroxine (T4): 10.2 reference 4.5-12.0
T3 uptake: 29 reference 24-39
Free thyroxine index: 3.0 reference 1.2-4.9

So they said everything looks in a normal range! So it's possible to have symptoms of thyroid with normal range?? I also did and ultrasound thyroid test and it looks normal! Have several blood tests and everything came back normal! I don't understand why I feel so sick, I'm also having anxiety everyday! Any help I would appreciate!!!

I haven't seen any endocrinologist yet, I may look for one, this symptoms are driving me crazy and more when most of the symptoms that people describe as a thyroid problems match mines except for the weight because I lost weight more than gained I used to be 110 pounds and in a month I went down to 98 pounds but I don't freak out to much about it because on eating less due to my horrible lump feeling in my throat it seems like a can't get my food down and I also have a low body temperature, not to bad but my normal range used to be 98.6 but not anymore now Its down to 96.7 almost everyday! Maybe it's stress relate it! Thank you for your answer!
