Got new numbers....not sure what it means

So, my doctor called and gave me my current numbers and since I couldn't understand most of what she said, I'm looking for any info anyone can help with.

TSH--.04
She said I was positive for antibodies and gave the following numbers:
30 when top of range is .9
241 when top of range is 34
I'm not sure which number means what because I just couldn't understand her on the phone and it will be Monday before I can go and get a hard copy.
She is referring me to an endo, cos she said I definitely have an auto-immune issue, but she couldn't be sure which. I was previously diagnosed as hypo. Anyone know anything about those numbers and which ranges she referred to?

I would love to have included lab reference ranges, but as I stated, I couldn't understand all that she said, so I was uncertain what numbers she was giving me. I took a long shot at hoping someone might recognize what I had posted and could give me some feedback or direction to research. Thanks.
