You're hyper or trending toward hyper. Please find out how you can get to a reproductive endocrinologist soon.
Also, get the numbers for T3 and T4.
If you are hyper, my understanding is that in the old days, doctors would perform thyroidectomies on pregnant patients. Now, there are oral medications that are a fine treatment option, IMO the preferred one for hyper, but the question is if pregnant women can take them. My understanding is that one of the anti thyroid drugs, PTU, is safe for pregnant women. I'm not sure about Tapazole, definitely not at higher doses. Please keep us posted.
BTW, if you are put on ATDs, the protocol is to start at a high dose and reduce, gradually. (The first dose reduction or two might be more dramatic.) And make sure not to take the dose at once but to take at fairly even intervals through the day.
