TSH: 0.67 (0.40-4.50) *my TSH is ALWAYS low, and I am def not hyper!
FT4: 1.1 (0.8-1.8)
FT3: 3.1 (2.3-4.3)

TPO: 1 (<9)
TGAB: 5 (< or = 1)

Thyroglobulin: 3.4 (2.8-40.9)

I have fibromyalgia. I suffer fatigue, muscle aches & pains. I have been gaining stubborn weight. This last year has been terrible. I am currently on no meds.

Anyone have any opinions on these numbers? My appt isn't for another week.

How do you know that you are not hyper ? if you have symptoms then it is possible that they are related to your thyroid !

Your TGab is positive, which can indicate hashimoto's disease - either hypo or hyper- , however, it can be positive with other autoimmune conditions as well.

I have no hyper symptoms. I have ruled out Lupus, Sjogren's, and my anti-CCP for RA is negative and I have no swelling, damage, stiffness, etc.

In 2007 I had this result:

Thyroglobulin AB: 233.0 (<40)

But my TSH was .25, so I wasn't treated for anything.

Fast forward to 2012, I was re-tested for antibodies and none were detected.

Something autoimmune is going on, I'm just confused over what it could be. I'm hoping the Fibromyalgia dx is tied to it and when I figure it out, it will keep that in check.

A tsh of 0.25 as well as 0.67 is not normal, it is low in the range !

I am hopeful I have found a good doctor this time around.
Someone mentioned I could have blocking antibodies that are keeping my TSH low? I haven't researched that yet, that was the first I have ever heard of such a thing.
Looking over all my labs, .67 is the highest it has ever been.

Hi,
There are the TSI antibodies ( thyroid stimulating immunoglobulin), they can act as a TSH and stimulate your gland and force it to produce excessive amounts of thyroid hormones, you can ask to be tested for them !

I had some other labs run the following day with a new GP, and he also ran thyroid labs, including the TSI. Very surprised he ran these!! I like him even better!

T4, FREE 1.2 (0.8-1.8 ng/dL IG)
T3, FREE 2.9 (2.3-4.2 pg/mL IG)

THYROGLOBULIN ANTIBODIES 4 H (< or = 1 IU/mL IG)
THYROID PEROXIDASE IG ANTIBODIES 1 (<9 IU/mL)

TSI (THYROID STIMULATING EZ IMMUNOGLOBULIN)
TSI <89 (<140 % baseline)

Your thyroid hormones FT3/4 are optimal, it is only your TSH and TGab that are not.
TGab can indicate both Hashimoto's disease and Graves(both hypo and hyper).
I would suggest to ask your Doctor what he thinks, and follow his instructions, he might put you on antithyroid medication like Methimazole, also it is a good idea to ask for thyroid and parathyroid US, to see if you have nodules !

Actually, a TSH of 0.67 is excellent. Unlike T3 and T4, where most people do best if they're in at least midrange, a TSH of 1 or below is fine if not optimal. My thyroid panel is generally almost identical to this posters.
Now the 0.25 would bear watching and retesting, maybe in another 2 months.
