Hi yra, thank you for posting your labs. Your FT3 and FT4 are too low. They should be in the top half (FT4) and top quartile (FT3) of the range in order to be optimal. While they're within range, many people still feel sick until their numbers are optimal. Your TSH should be around 1-2.
Are you on any meds? Has your doctor tested your thyroid antibodies (TPO and TgAB)? If not, please ask him/her for those tests so you can see if you have Hashimoto's Thyroiditis.
What kind of food do you eat? At a bare minimum, you might want to consider eliminating gluten (wheat, rye, barley and spelt) from your diet. There's an enzyme in our thyroids that is one molecular deviation difference from the gluten protein. If your immune system is confused and attacking your thyroid, when it sees gluten, it goes into attack mode again - attacking both the gluten and your thyroid.
