Depends on what your thyroid disease is. If you have Hashimoto's, selenium can help lower antibodies. That being said, selenium needs to be balanced with magnesium and zinc.
For auto immune issues, gluten free, soy and soy flavonoid free, watch goitrens (especially no raw ones, like raw broccoli). Increase antioxidants.
