i need some information or advice from being hyperthyroid my doctor says im start to be a hypothyroid my TSH,FT4,FT3 were normal my doctor says she will just give me a medicine for hypothyroid if my result says hypothyroidism but not yet this time.but i am experiencing dizziness,easily get fatigue sometimes headache with dizziness.i really dont understand i dont know what to do because doctor says i suppose not to feel this since my result is normal.im always xperiencing this dizziness everyday what should i do????;(

Just falling in the reference range is frequently not enough, do you have the actual TSH results to share with us ?

Hello gud day,this is the result of my thyroid TSH 2.94 reference range 0.4-4.0
FT4 11:35 reference range 10-25.0
FT3 result 4.1 reference range 2.3-6.3

Hi,
I can understand why your doctor does not want to give you levo, your results are optimal.

Try to convince your doctor to test for the thyroid antibodies, those are TGab, antiTPOab and TSIab, the first two are for hashimoto's disease which can cause both hypo and hyper and the last one is for Graves disease which causes hyper.

I think that your doctor is right in not giving you thyroxine at this stage, since your TSH is optimal and if he gives you Levo you will eventually become hypERthyroid.

So if I were you, I would perform the antibodies tests and the TSH in another six weeks.
