Regarding the goiter, don't you think it's part of a reason to take hormones, but a reason to check the nodules?
And sadly it's the lab results of years ago, the doc prescribed me on 20 mg of nature thyroid, which made me not well, then I took it off. Until the next check of thyroid, the TSH was as high as 30+.
Now my TSH is Nearly 4.0-4.3 for the past 3 years, does it mean that I am under-treated? But I found that the FT4 and FT3 both are as low as 1/3, the same level when my TSH was 1.7 or 3.0.
Do you think TSH really reflects the FT4 level?
