new symptoms or new disorder?

So along with Hashimoto's and Fibromyalgia, I have been having some weird symptoms lately. My arm will uncontrolablly shake for 5-10 minutes and then go away, my stomach is bloating and it just stays bloated. I'm having a harder time peeing, and have already taken all the pills for UTI. As well my memory is getting worse I forget things places, forget what was just said, or what I just read. It's very frustrating, as well I have these shooting pains that are like electric volts randomly in my back, arms, legs, chest..etc. Any one have any ideas? its freaking me out quite a bit. Im 21 I should be fine. ...

Your symptoms do seem unusual and I, too, would suggest that you see a doctor. I think the best one to see would be a neurologist or even start with a rheumatologist. They specialize in these type symptoms and causes.

By now you have probably gotten an appointment and if so, I wish you luck and that some questions will be answered.
