couch is correct.
you are also concerned with her weight and depression. I prefer, as I am extremely ailed in my health any natural solution I can do. I do my own thing which a doctor is totally fine with, in fact if there is a doctor who is against what I do, then they need to take a trip back yonder to med school :P For depression I got myself a cat and a dog. I do pet therapy. For some people this works. Having a pet can do a self physcology basically, and tells us that hey someone does really care about me and really loved. An animal gives unconditional love, which is great for depression. Also, depressed people will often put the pet as a higher priority so the pet will actually be the person's child.
My doctor told me I had to lose weight, and my cat doesnt like going out and about in rides and all. So I got a dog who loves to go for rides, well behaved and all. Now heres the fun part.... getting a dog forces a person without them realizing it to exercise. After all, part of being a good dog owner is taking them on a walk.
for her thyroid problems: OHSU Hospital in Portland, Oregon has a wonderful diabetes/endo clinic in the Physicians Pavilion. I have been a patient there for the past year or so with my thyroid problems. As I can't say my doctor's name on this site I will say he's not originally from this country.
for ana testing: OHSU also has a great doctor for that in the Casey Eye Building. He is world renowned as well. (mods, this is on my personal experience, as I have a few autoimmune) Unfortunally, I have so many doctors at the Casey Eye, I get the floors mixed up really bad on what floor they are on. But I do know its the 4th or the 5th floor because I only juggle two floors :p
