Could I be Hypothyroid with the following readings

Hi, I have really been feeling lousy for a while now. The fatique is severe no matter how much sleep I get. Is it possible that even though my numbers are in range, I could still have an underactive thyroid?

Free T3 is. 2.6 pg/ml. Range is 2.3-4.2
Free t4 is 0.9 nh/dl. Range is 0.8-1.8

I don't know what my TSH is because they ran that at another time and my GP said is was in range. I don't have a lot of confidence in my GP.

Other symptoms that I have are lack of appetite, body aches, always feel cold, which is unusual for me. Really dry skin and just a general feeling of not feeling well.

Thank you Judy, that's what I thought. After reading up on the thyroid, it's been written that the best place to be is mid range. Also there are a lot of question on where the correct range should be.
