What is Anti-TPO?

Hello, can someone please help me interpret my blood test results?

May 2013
TSH - 22 (0.2-4.2)
Free T4 - 10.9 (12-22)
Started on T4 at 25mcg, then 50mcg and then 75mcg

November 2013
TSH - 4.3 (0.2-4.2)
Free T4 - 15.3 (12-22)
Free T3 - 5.5 (4.1-6.8)
T4 increased to 100mcg

December 2013
Anti TPO antibodies - 41 (<34)
TSH - 4.6 (0.2-4.2)
Free T4 - 15.6 (12-22)
T4 increased to 125mcg

I was advised to go gluten free at the December results review.

March 2014
TSH - 1.87 (0.2-4.2)
Free T4 - 16.8 (12-22)
Free T3 - 4.6 (4.1-6.8)
Anti TPO antibodies - 33.5 (<34)
Anti-TG antibodies - 103.5 (<115)
T4 reduced to 100mcg
Still gluten free

August 2014
TSH - 0.02 (0.2-4.2)
Free T4 - 25.1 (12-22)
Free T3 - 6.9 (3.9-6.7)
Anti TPO antibodies - 141 (<34)
T4 reduced to 50mcg
Reintroduced gluten back into my diet after the test results

October 2014

TSH - 0.52 (0.2-4.2)

November 2014

TSH - 7.4 (0.2-4.2)
Free T4 - 14.9 (12-22)
Free T3 - 4.2 (3.9-6.7)
T4 increased to 75mcg

So what do the above results indicate and what is Anti-TPO? My endocrinologist and nutritionist both told me eliminating gluten would reduce the antibodies guaranteed but even though I was still gluten free in August my antibodies increased so I don't know what is going on and I don't feel like I can trust the endocrinologist or nutritionist because it looks like their advice was wrong. Thank you for your response and link. I have got an endo appointment next week and my questions for her are building up to consist of an hour long appointment as opposed to a twenty minute one.

My list of questions for her:

1. Why am I skinny yet hypothyroid?
2. Why did going gluten free not work?
3. Why do I have symptoms of high cortisol in the morning when the short synacthen test suggests I do not?
4. Why is my ferritin not going up?
5. Why is my Vitamin B12 not going up despite taking supplements for this?
6. Why was I tested positive for anti nuclear antibodies but no definite diagnosis was given?
7. Why did she suggest I take contraception for my heavy periods when i'm not sexually active?
8. Why was my thyroid ultrasound in 2012 abnormal and showed an enlarged and vascular thyroid gland but the one done in 2014 showed it was normal?
9. Why do I have fungal, eye, ear, throat, stomach, skin and vaginal infections that have all seemingly come at once?

Medications I take aside from the thyroid meds:

Ferrous fumarate - for iron deficiency
Vitamin D3 - for Vitamin D deficiency
Vitamin B12 - for low but normal Vitamin B12
Omeprazole - for suspected acid reflux
Tranexamic acid - for heavy periods
Vesicare - an anticholinergic - for urinary urgency
Laxido - a laxative - for constipation

Symptoms I have:

Weight loss
constipation
Diarrhoea
muscle aches
muscle weakness
Cramps
heavy periods
scanty periods
painful periods
early periods
fatigue
difficulty swallowing
dark circles under my eyes
pale skin
low mood
insomnia
loss of appetite
dry skin
cold intolerance
muscle twitches
brain fog
dizziness
clumsiness
high blood pressure

Hi Thanks for answer. I don't think I've taken RAI. I have had radiation to my body in these instances:

2005 - head exposure to radiation/x ray for a filling to be put in
2007 - lower body exposure to radiation/x ray for hip x ray
2009 - lower body exposure to radiation/x ray for hip x ray and hydrocortisone shot.
2009 - arthrogram on hip. The hip joint was injected with iodine contrast (the leaflet for the injection mentioned something like "consult your doctor or consultant if you are allergic to iodine") although I don't know if this caused anything
2012 - injected with gadolinium contrast for head/neck MRI
