Sorry if anything I said would make anyone sick. I would hope that each of us are aware of what foods we can tolerate. Most of the vitamins and minerals we need are found in the raw fruits and vegetables. We need these vitamins and minerals to stay healthy. For sure you need to repair the digestive tract. Some people use Probiotics to do this. Each of us must figure out what foods we can tolerate but it is essential we get all the vitamins and minerals which are necessary for good health.
