Purple_lynx7: I just went to see a physician's assistant. She's really nice but she thinks it's all in my head. /: Also my grandmother's family suffers from thyroid issues (hypo) and my grandmother does too. She's actually hypo but has always been thin! My cousin is hypo but she's gained a lotttttt of weight. My grandma's sister just got diagnosed with thyroid cancer. And her daughter also has thyroid problems. I really feel like this is a hormone issue... I'm only 26!!! My cousin recently got diagnosed when she was 24.
HypoHashimoto: The lab results say free T3 and just T4.... not free or total. I really don't understand thyroid test results very much. But I did read that some people have symptoms with a TSH of 2.5 and mine was 2.6 in March of this year. I've been under a lot of stress and for the first time in my life I'm suffering from anxiety and depression. They say that my frequent bowel movements are ibs but I never get diarrhea! !! And don't really get pain either! !! I don't know if I should get tested again for my thyroid since it's been 4 months?
The lab tests say:
TSH: 2.6 range 0.450 - 4.500
Free T3: 2.7 range 2.0 - 4.4
T4: 8.8 range 4.5 - 12.0
