I'm so new to 'Hypoparathyroidism,' it's so hard to fight exhaustion.

Please help help help me.

I am not pregnant, I am only 21 but my mum has hypothyroidism. I'm not sure if that's genetic or not because the doctor told me that it is different. My doctor gave me CALVITD3 supplements but they don't recuperate fast enough like what I was expected. I want my energy back. I am also deprived of minerals. I want a supplement that can cut off my lethargy and not feel dehydrated like every freaking 10minutes. I am suffering. My art teachers told me to make yourself busy because normal people don't see lethargy and dehydration a big deal but I am suffering. Even tho I drank a lot, I feel bloated but again if I don't take the supplements or multivitamin, I couldn't go through the day and function well or be breathless at some point. But on the bright side, my cholesterol and diabetes level are perfectly healthy. I am fit then again, turns out I am actually lacking of calcium and parathyroid hormone. Ah man, I miss having water feeling in your throat. I can only function well within 5 hrs with the supplements/vitamins but later on, people starting to say I'm looking "sleepy." WOW lethargy is making it obvious but I am tired of people asking me, "have you recovered?" "are you okay?" "why does your voice sound different?" and lastly, "why do you look sleepy?" I have been pushing friends away because I'm nervous due to the exhaustion and is it just me or have I become depressed and cranky?? everything is because of lethargy and losing appetite. I feel so sad among people who are older than me because I miss getting energy like they do. and I'm only 21 :( How to deall??

GP doctor told me to come back if I'm not okay but I'm not sure if this is normal....If I should adapt to supplements. I've been ill for a month and diagnosed mid-november. SAVE ME.

eh? I still don't get it, so parathyroid is not part of thyroid? oh my bad, which forum should I post tho? Yeah, its a rare condition. I'm so unique but thanks for replying :) I'm soo going back to the doctor.
