Your TSH is indeed indicative of hyperthyroidism, you need to get the antibodies tests, those are antiTPOab and TGab for hashimoto's disease, and TSIab for grave's.

ER is not the right answer for your problem, you need to get your PCP doctor to give you a referral to an Endocrinologist, who in turn treats among other things thyroid disorders.

Regarding the treatment, there is anti thyroid medications like Methimazole, RAI and in some cases surgery might be an option.

hypo has given you good counsel. Stay away from the ER, which is there to treat sudden, sever conditions. They're pretty lousy at treating chronic conditions like thyroid problems. You should schedule an appointment with your regular doctor, who can evaluate and refer you to an Endocrinologist if appropriate.
