Hi kellprincee,
As you can see you are positive for the Hashimoto's disease antibodies, the TPOab, Hashi can cause both hypo and hyper and in your case, you are currently hypERthyroid, your TSH is indeed within normal range but it is low enough to make you hyper, I felt hyper with a TSH of 1.
This is supported by the pressure you feel in the middle of your chest, because hyper affects the heart very badly and affects the heart rate and rhythm.
There are three treatments for hyper, antithyroid medication to increase your TSH to around 2.5, but they can cause other complications, there is also RAI, which kills your thyroid gland permanently and thus makes you hypo and need to take Levothyroxine to the rest of your life, and in case of growing nodules on your thyroid gland surgery might be need to remove all or part of your gland, this is why you need to perform thyroid and neck ultra sound to see whether you have nodules.
Your next step is to see an Endocrinologist.
Best of luck,
