Hi anglfrmhvn69,
One of the very typical things with Anxiety is heart palpitations which in turn can cause air hunger, I have no experience with parathyroid but according to your results your parathyroid is above range, and parathyroid controls the levels of the calcium which in turn affects the heart, just to emphasize there is no connection between the thyroid and the parathyroid glands.
take a look at the following list of possible hyperparathyroidism:
http://www.parathyroid.com/parathyroid-symptoms.htm
Your TSH from May is optimal, however, your Free T4 is border line low normal, maybe for you it is not enough, but since your TSH is normal then there might be a pituitary issue, pituitary gland is the gland that releases TSH into the blood stream which in turn stimulates the thyroid gland.
You need to be tested for thyroid antibodies, there are three of them, TGab and antiTPOab for hashimoto's disease which can cause both hypo and hyper, and the TSI for Graves which causes only hyper.
My best recommendation for you would be to see an Endocrinologist, Endo treats among other things thyroid and parathyroid, you should raise the issues I mentioned above in addition to your questions and symptoms, also make sure to take with you your blood tests results and the antibodies.
For me it appears that your symptoms are parathyroid related and not thyroid.
Best of luck,
