Taking multiple Levoxyl tablets at once

Okay here is an odd question. We have spent quite a bit of time getting my Synthroid/Levoxyl levels set at 200mcg. As a result I have lots of bottles of various dosages. My question is can I take multiple tablets at once as long as the dose is the same? For example can I take a 100mcg and 2- 50mcg instead of the 200? Is it immediately absorbed and irrelevant or do I risk a weird spike?

I am just trying to use this surplus up and have a little stock on hand.

It depends on the formulation of the different strengths of the same brand name, if you take 100 of Levoxyl and 2X50 of Levoxyl and the release formulation of the 50 and 100 mcg of Levoxyl is the same then it should be equivalent, but as far as I know taking 100mcg pill of one brand and 50 mcg pill from another brand name/manufacturer then changing the 50 mcg pill with another manufacturer again can cause a problem, this is because the formulation of each brand name is different and thus the amount your body absorbs will not be the same, the best practice to do is to be as consistent as possible with the way you take your medication, this is the key to get your levels stable.
