You need to follow up with your Endo, I do not know whether you have hashi, if so then you are still in the process of building up the levo levels you need.

A TSH of 6.69 is quite high and so is 4.2, I assume you are still symptomatic ?

Do you have hashi? are you positive to any of thyroid anti bodies ? TGab or antiTPOab?

Is the doctor who is treating you an endo? Do you know what is the normal reference range for your T3? is it FREE T3 of TOTAL T3 ? I guess he meant that your T3 is low in the range or lower than the reference range which is why your TSH is climbing.

I can not decide for you, your TSH does allow an increase in the dose but if you feel euthyroid then ... .. . ???

Sorry for the duplicate responses. This thyroid problem began August 2015. I have all lab work done since that date. In answer to your question on antibodies..yes, I have been told I test positive for thyroid antibodies. I have been diagnosed with Graves first, and later on for Hashimoto's Disease. It is all autoimmune related.

In all the lab work I have, I see only one test done for T3 which was Aug 2015 a reading of 7.6 . I see normal is 2.3-4.2. I assume that is total. I don't know.
And just recently T3 was 82. It is all very confusing to me. And as I said earlier, I do not have noticeable symptoms yet...not like I have in the past.

Yes I have seen an Endo man from the beginning. I will now increase to 112 and have blood work repeated in April at suggestion of the endocrinologist.
